A direct thermal imprinter produces high-quality printed individual and variable information on each label. Products are automatically verified again in the LDU to ensure the correct patient-specific label is on the right unit of use prescription. The medication is then discharged into a tote on a transfer conveyor. This multi-step verification process assures accuracy every time.
